Olthuis Consultancy was founded by Martijn Olthuis, an experienced ServiceNow consultant with more than 20 years of experience in IT Service Management and 9+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

I help organizations improve, structure and govern their ServiceNow environment, with a strong focus on CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, ITSM and platform delivery.
My strength is the combination of business understanding, technical ServiceNow knowledge and practical delivery experience. I work closely with stakeholders, platform teams, process owners and implementation partners to translate business needs into solutions that are clear, maintainable and usable.

Over the years, I have worked in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Platform Manager, Functional Consultant and Project Lead. This enables me to bridge the gap between business, process and technology — from workshops and requirements to backlog management, solution design, governance and hands-on configuration.

I believe a successful ServiceNow platform is not only about technology. It also requires ownership, governance, adoption and collaboration between people and teams.
